Bill Lindala, owner of Premier Consulting Group, LLC, has been in the collection industry since 1990. He has been involved in all aspects of the collection agency business, including collections, management, customer service and marketing.

He currently authors a column on CollectionIndustry.com called Agency News, and has written several other articles, including one on eLearning in the Collection Advisor Magazine. He also writes a quarterly article for the Wisconsin Clinic Credit Managers Association on "Legal Issues."

He has been certified as a collector and also certified as an instructor with ACA International and he assisted with the development of new training materials for ACA. He is actively involved in many trade organizations and has had the opportunity to speak to various groups regarding the collection industry.
